Position Duties

Loyola University Maryland’s School Counseling Program is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to coordinate the clinical experiences within the school counseling program. Responsibilities include teaching two courses per semester, advising students, expanding local partnerships, coordinating site supervisor workshops, attending program and department meetings, facilitating student workshops and managing the clinical program.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have earned a doctorate in counselor education from a CACREP accredited school and have a strong record of supervising counselors and teaching in higher education. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a desire to work with underserved populations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a school counselor and hold a professional license as a counselor and/or Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
